PERSONAL TRAINING

 

1-1 & 2-1  Personal Training sessions are designed purely for you, with one to one focus on your needs and goals, so that you WILL achieve the results you are aiming for. I will inspire and motivate you to commit to the sessions, train well, and progress to where you want to be. 

The individualised training routines will mean we can maximise your time in the gym, with workouts designed to meet your goals, and with a clear plan of what you what you want to achieve. You will be shown techniques that will enhance your workouts, which will help you see results quicker.

PT packages booked include:

  • Individualised training routines

  • Advice and guidance re.training techniques

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Nutrition Advice

BOOTCAMP PACKAGES 

 

I also offer ‘Transform’ bootcamp packages, which feature up to 3 sessions per week with a small group of likeminded ladies, and me to motivate you every step of the way to help you reach your goals.

ONLINE SUPPORT

 

There is also the option to add on my Online Service via my ‘Transform’ App to fully enhance your experience and to have my support at your fingertips 24/7.  This includes:

  • Meal Options

  • Meal tracker

  • Macro and Calorie goals and tracker

  • Recipe packs

  • Shopping lists

  • Additional home and gym workout plans

  • Progress and Health Tracker

  • Online weekly checkins with me
