Who do I train?
 
I train females of all ages and have experience of training 8 yr olds right up to 75 yrs

 
I’m qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer, studio cycling instructor,  adult fitness/class instructor, and childrens exercise and physical activity instructor, and accredited by CIMSPA as a professional personal trainer. 
 
What do I offer?

I offer a variety of personal training and small group training packages (2-4 people)
 
I also hold regular bootcamps, which are usually 6-10 weeks, 3 sessions per week.
 
I also offer online PT services using my online TRANSFORMU app.
 


Where am I?
 
I’m based at Bobbie Be Fit gym, Rhos on Sea (near Colwyn Bay), a private female only gym with an amazing motivational vibe, great music, the best equipment, and fantastic people! This is not just a gym….this is a community of amazing ladies who motivate each other to achieve greatness!

 

More about me

My aim is to help as many women as possible to feel stronger and fitter both mentally and physically, with my overall goal being to make you the most confident version of yourselves, without having to place restrictions on your life.

I’ve got first hand experience of how fitness and strength training can completely change the way you feel about yourself, change your body shape, improve mental wellbeing, and create confidence that you didn’t know you had.

I love strength training, which is my absolute passion, and have learnt so much about how this can make all of these positive changes happen, and combined with the other training techniques that I include in my sessions, is an absolute recipe for success.

Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance, or increased fitness, or just some YOU time, I can help you.  I love to share my knowledge and motivation with as many ladies as possible so you too can feel and see the changes that I have experienced.
